J card spine has a drill hole; the bridge under the pad broke a few years ago but I was able to rig it so that it still plays great. See photo.
This band did a 180 following this release, going from a Depeche Mode/Faith No More hybrid to a synth-rock/nu metal band on Devil Thumbs A Ride. I used to go see these guys whenever I could back in the day.
Grades: Sleeve/media. Generally cosmetic and I will indicate if something plays less than flawless.
